The church of Saints Vito and Modesto is a Catholic building located in via Fondaccio in Montignoso, in the province of Massa-Carrara. The church is the seat of the homonymous parish of the Massa vicariate of the diocese of Massa Carrara-Pontremoli.
The church preserves a triptych by Michele Ciampanti from 1482, now devoid of the original carpentry, with the Madonna and Child between Saints John the Baptist, Vito Modesto and Peter.
